During a high-profile press conference in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk addressed the media, but it was Musk’s 4-year-old son, X Æ A-Xii, known as X, who unexpectedly became the center of attention.

Before the event officially began, Trump introduced X to those present, praising the child by saying:

“This is X, and he’s a great guy. High IQ. High-IQ individual.”

However, being just a toddler, X was oblivious to the significance of the moment and instead entertained himself in typical childlike fashion—including picking his nose.

Did X Tell Trump to “Go Away” and “Shut Up”?

A viral clip circulating online sparked heated discussions, with some claiming that X made blunt remarks toward Trump. According to @RightWingCope, the child allegedly told the former president:

“You’re not the President and you need to go away.”

In another moment, X was reported to have said:

“I want you to shut your mouth.”

However, while these quotes have spread widely on social media, the reality is less clear. X spoke softly while his father was talking at the same time, making it difficult to decipher exactly what he said.

Despite this, Trump’s reaction—turning his head away from the boy—only fueled speculation that he had heard something he didn’t like.

Social Media Reactions

The unexpected interaction quickly became a meme-worthy moment, with countless users commenting on the bizarre scene.

One person wrote:

“OK, I’m all about ‘calling out corruption’ but Elon Musk’s son wiping his BOOGERS on the Oval Office desk, Trump giving him the side eye, and the little boy telling Trump to ‘shut up’—it’s just too much for me. What the hell is happening?!”

Another user found it hilarious, stating:

“This may be the greatest video of all time to me!!! X gives Trump the business then wipes a booger on the desk.”

Others, however, disputed the claims that X was talking to Trump, pointing out that he was likely addressing the reporters instead.

One person clarified:

“He wasn’t even looking at Trump, he was looking at the reporters. Not once did the kid look at Trump and tell him that.”

Another added:

“Hilarious, but he’s clearly not talking to Trump. Karoline Leavitt was sitting in that eyeline.”

Musk’s Reaction and Apology

At one point, X could be seen mimicking his father, leading Musk to pick him up onto his shoulders and laugh. The billionaire then apologized, saying:

“Sorry for this. Otherwise, I might enjoy this, but he’s sticking his fingers in my ears and stuff.”

While the press conference was intended to focus on Musk detailing a new executive order aimed at cutting the federal workforce, it was ultimately X’s candid behavior that stole the spotlight—leaving both Trump and the internet buzzing.
