As soon as photos of Meghan Markle surfaced, netizens wasted no time diving into the comment sections to share their thoughts on her appearance—many speculating that she may have had cosmetic alterations.
The discussion quickly escalated, with one commenter calling Meghan’s freckles and nose “fake.” Another X user chimed in with a skeptical remark: “Someone ‘overheard’ Meghan saying, ‘A face without freckles is a night without stars’? As the video circulated on social media, speculation about Meghan’s appearance quickly took center stage. “Make up free but full of fillers… had a nose job… botoxed [sic],” one person alleged.
Some questioned whether her look had changed recently, with one comment reading, “Did she have a nose job? Looks like Michael Jackson’s.”

He also pointed out that the smooth, refined area near the tip could be the result of expert surgical work.
