1. Numbness in the hands

One of the common phenomena is numbness in the hands, this feeling occurs because our nerve roots are being impacted and compressed. Maybe you have just worked too hard or sat still for too long, so you feel numb in your hands.

Normally, we will feel numbness in the tips of our fingers, like ants are crawling on them or needles are stabbing the tips of our fingers. Then, the numbness gradually spreads to the whole hand or even the arm.

If you occasionally feel numbness in your hands, it is just a normal phenomenon, after resting and relaxing a bit, that feeling will not bother us anymore. However, we should not ignore it if this condition occurs frequently. This can be a symptom of some serious diseases.
