Late into the night, a husband texted his wife, asking her to wash his dirty clothes and prepare his favorite dish before he returned home.
“Hi I will get late, please try and wash all my dirty clothes and make sure you prepare my favorite dish before I return.”
But, there was no reply…
Undeterred, he sent yet another text in which he bragged about salary increase, writing that he was planning to get her a new car.
“And I forgot to tell you that I got an increase in my salary at the end of the month I’m getting you a new car”
A few moments later, the wife quickly responded, “OMG, really?”
The husband cleverly replied,
“No, I just wanted to make sure you got my first message.”
